Lush Hydro Return & Refund Policy

 

 

Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies to all orders shipped within New Zealand and Australia.

 

Eligibility for a Return

 

To be eligible for a return, your Hydrogen Water Drink Bottle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to the nature of a drink bottle, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been used.

 

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

 

The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • Change of Mind Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you are returning an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Lush Hydro will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.


 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Non-Returnable Products

 

Given our product is a drink bottle, we cannot accept returns for bottles that show signs of use (e.g., residue, smells, or physical wear/tear) unless the return is due to a verifiable manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
